I have been in radiation treatment since July 30th, 27 down , six more to go. I recommend wearing a spa mask or something to cover your eyes to not look at those machines. You may need to seek out some physical therapy for neck etc. yes, scary stuff, I really understand. I too have been on Letrozole now for three months. Hang in there. Jane W
