Re top tips for chemo - what do you think?

Hi,

I, sadly, printed off all the tips I could find on this thread and then put them into a list and categories (too much time on my hands) to help me with my forthcoming chemo.
I haven’t however printed off or typed up the name of the original poster.

I was wondering what the general feeling was if I posted the version of “Chemo tips” I have created here so that they were all in one spot (or on a new thread perhaps?) or whether people preferred it in this format or would be offended/upset if they weren’t credited with their idea?

Hi ostrich
I know that i for one would really appreciate this as i am going to be starting chemo soon. What do you/others feel if you put a big “thank you” to all the posters who have contributed to making the list what it is at the top/bottom of the list?

Just a thought ostrich - if/when you do post the list, can you mention that you have (and what its called) in this thread so that i can look out for it? I find it difficult sometimes to look for previous threads i’ve been following as there are so many other great ones. I’ve bookmarked this so i can easily find it again!!! It would be really appreciated!

Okay girls going for it, will put it on top tips for chemo (the original) and here’s a huge thanks to the girls/ladies who have contributed to it to assist in our survival!!!

Its on my hard drive so if people want to add further posts with new tips I can produce an updated list in the future, xxxx Good luck to us all.

If anyone thinks we should name it as a new thread to save people going through the 15 pages to get to it let me know, x

Brilliant idea Ostrich and thanks for your hard work.

I’m wondering if the forum facilitators could ‘pin’ your list to the top of the chemo forum so everyone can easily find it without having to bump it up all the time?

Hi, the thread is under “top tips for chemo” - last page or thereabouts is a post containing all the tips up until a few days ago. This thread was just seeking opinion on whether the list should be compiled or left as it was under individual poster’s posts, if that makes sense.

There is talk of making the list a sticky so it will be easier to find in the future.
