What can one do about Reactive Lymph glands?

 

I have one, it feels like a slug!  It is about 2 cm long and 1/2 cm wide.  It has beeen scanned!  And looks like a stiffed kidney shape, I asked to have a look.

 

But it pulls when I move too much!  And tingles too.

Hi Helenbythesea, I had to look it up! It could be your lymph doing its job and fighting an infection. What did they say at the scan?
