hi im new here ,im really worried i have a mammogram every year as my mum had breast cancer and a full masectomy. i had a mammogram on 7th of april and i got a letter today asking me to come 21st april to see breast surgeon im really worried ive cried all morning .
hi keisha, of course u are worried but i have a couple of friends who had recalls and they were fine with no probs please try to go day to day and i hope all is well for you love rachel x
hi keisha. i have a strong history of breast cancer in my family. ive been going for mammograms since i was in my 20s and was dx nov 2009 with breast cancer age 40. i think of myself as being lucky being able to have the mammograms and that they caught it early. my sister is 37 and has been going for mammograms too. she has been called back before and it was nothing to worry about but of course with the family history she was a wreck thinking she had it.try not too worry to much. will keep my fingers crossed for you x gaynor

Hello keisha. Do not worry. Stress is our enemy, from the stress of all diseases. Whatever the results of the mammogram, should be glad that all this is found in the early stages. In the early stages of all diseases are treated. Everything will be fine!
hi i got my gp to phone breast clinic today for result, they told him they suspect cysts but need scan and biopsies on thursday , so i just hope for the best but its the waiting thats the worst, keep well everyone and il keep you posted xx
