Had a lump about 2ins by 1in in my left breast
For about 3/4 weeks. But since Friday it has become
More of a mass and is causing quite a lot of pain
And my skin has become inflamed and red
I have had cysts before but never like this.

Sorry to see your post and to detect your anxiety.
There’s only one thing to do - first thing tomorrow phone you GP, tell them you’ve found this lump and ask for an immediate appointment. Don’t let them them fob you off with ‘next week’ or anything like that.
Hopefully there will be a simple explanation, but your GP may well refer you to a breast clinic or ask you to come back (you don’t say your age, but if you are younger they may say come back after your next period).
Between now and then stay away from google as you will find stuff out there is out of date or wrong and sometimes scary. Stick to this site or MacMillan or Cancer Research UK. Once you’ve phoned your GP tomorrow, you could also phone the helpline on here (number at top fo the screen) and they will be able to help you.
Try not to worry too much. Something like 90% of breast lumps are benign, and we all hope you are in that 90%.

My doctors are a bit slow I might go to a&e which might be quicker
