Following WLE and removal of my sentinel nodes. Have been told that the 1cm lump is a Grade 2 cancer, but that surrounding tissue and all nodes are clear.
Tamoxifen starts next week and 25 sessions of Radiotherapy in September.

Going to see GP tomorrow as BCN on hols.
Should I be asking for a scan??
You’ve just had surgery and will have aches and pains and some in a few places you didn’t know you had if you are like me.
It’s great news on the tissue and nodes being clear and that really is the main thing. I had pain in my ribs before the tumour was removed because of the pressure it caused I expect this could be similar but can’t say. There are muscles between the ribs called inercostal muscles too which may be related as interfering with nodes, even taking just one can do a little damage.
You should still get it checked though, just saying I would try not to read too much into it, easier said than done I know.
