Recently diagnosed with primary beeast cancer

Hi everyone,

This is this first time I have been on here so here goes. I was diagnosed a month ago and I have a lumpectony in a few weeks. I have a burning sensation  in my left breast (the one that has cancer) and quite often in my arm pit and arm. Is this quite common?

Thanks for reading my post

Hello and welcome to this lovely forum.

Sorry I posted incorrectly there so deleted it.  If you are concerned I would just give your bcn a call and see what she says xx

Hi jintz… hello and welcome. It coukd be stress related and nerves but if you are concerned ring your BCN up and they should advise you what to do…x

Hi Jintz, welcome to the club no one wants to be in. Everyone is different, so my advice would be to ring your BCN. I found my mind played lots of tricks on me when I was first diagnosed. I got aches and pains all over, including my affected breast. I’m pleased to say it was all in my mind, even though it felt so real. Put your mind at rest though, and ring. X
