Hi Everyone
I have found the most wonderful thing. It’s called a Chillow Pillow, I got it from Amazon. You just add water and it stays cold. You don’t have to put it in the fridge or anything it is absolutely amazing. My Oncology Skin Care Nurse told me about it, they looked into supplying patients with them but it worked out too expensive. It is sheer bliss.

Hi girls

I bought a chillow pillow a few weeks ago and it is wonderful!! I would recommend ladies like me with massive flushes to get one its fab!!!
