Got my results Tuesday for 2nd wle and lymph node biopsy Lymph nodes clear thank god but the excision results have now shown another dcis area that shows positive and has to come out 0.3 mm !!! I have to go for my 3rd op I can’t believe it I know that some ladies have worse results but I’m stuck and unable to move on waiting for results is the worse thing I have a very supportive family and friends so am very lucky but would really like to go forward now to start radiotherapy so I can put a line under it all I know I have to be patient xx

What a shame! Very frustrating for you having repeat ops, and waiting really is the pits. Just keep hanging on to the fact that you can do these ops, and that you won’t need chemo. Radiotherapy will arrive sooner than you think. Big hugs. X
Just realised that although we’re having our ops on the same day, this will be your 3rd one. Thinking of you and hope it all goes well for you on Thursday. Waiting for results is definitely the worst thing, so hope you won’t have a long wait for them after this op.
