I’m sure I posted asking for help, but cant see it anywhere. If it does appear, this will be a repeat!
I was dx recently with secondaries in bones and lung 12 years after primary.
I’ve been off work since early Sept and hoping to return in a couple of weeks time.
I will speak to my GP about ticking the ‘Phased Return’ box, but in the longer term I want to reduce my hours (currently 9-5 each day).
I am fairly sure I am now covered under the Disability Act, but just want to hear from anyone out there with some good knowledge on this subject. Perhaps some legal eagle, or someone who works in HR?
