Risk calculators

For those people who are interested in probabilities and risk estimates.
Some people are not as they feel that everyone’s risk is individual. Others feel that they need as much information as possible and that in the absence of information, they worry that things are worse than they really are. Then there are the geeks…
I am the sort of person who NEEDS information (and a little on the geekish side).
So for people like me, here are some risk calculators.
Lymphoedema risk calculator
lymphedemarisk.com/

Cancer survival calculators (including estimates of the survival improvements from treatments)
predict.nhs.uk/
lifemath.net/cancer/
The above seem to give different estimates. I think this is partly due to model and data differences. Also I suspect the Predict calculator also includes mortality from other causes besides cancer (eg natural causes, road accidents, heart attacks etc) rather than just cancer mortality.
Obviously people should be aware that model estimates are not exact estimates and cannot take account of all factors

The more info the better - thanks x

Too scary for me.

Whoaaah…too much information for me!!!..everybody is different…one day at a time I say…that’s enough…

shame the calculators don’t take into account metastases…
