Hello everyone. I thought I’d pop in and say hello. So … Hello! I hope that you are all ok, I’ve had a little look over the thread but it’s quite a lot to catch up on. However, it’s lovely to see that you still keep in touch with each other on a regular basis - shows what an important resource this forum is.
It’s the Easter holidays which is why I have a bit of time to post, I’ll check back over the next couple of weeks too. I think of you all often and try as I might to get away from anything cancer related it still dominates my life which kind of annoys me really but … Generally all is well here … Full time work etc but still struggling with sleep (or lack of it !) terrible hot flushes and horrible joint pain. On the positive side I have just had a clear mammogram which is good but also had to have a bone scan to see if my joint pain was bone mets … Which it wasn’t thank goodness but I had to wait a few weeks to find out …slightly scary ! I hate the fact that this won’t go away and that I try and get on with my life but I still feel very affected by breast cancer … Anyway I’m hoping that you can put me right and that you won’t mind me having a bit of a moan even though I’ve not been around for a while. I hope you understand x
