Hi everyone
Iam new to this site although I have been on and browsed the forums lots of times I had a left mastectomy 18 months ago and and have just been referred to a ps for reconstruction but I am scared of another operation my mastectomy was the first time I had been in hospital apart from having my kids . I now wish I had opted for immediate recon, but I was advised to wait as they did’nt know what type of treatment I would need afterwards as there were two tumours in same breast. Anyway they were certain they had removed all the cancer with mastectomy and I have been taking arimidex since then. does anyone have any advise on what to ask when I go to see ps in 6 weeks.
