Scared of chest xray results

Hi, I am two years post chemo and rads, after Oct 2012 diagnosis of Stage 2, Grade 2, ER+ with Lymph nodes affected. Since taking Anastrozole in Sept 2013, I have not felt great, complicated apparently by my Underactive Thyroid being affected by treatment. After countless blood tests, scans, xrays, ct scan, ultrasounds various things were found. So my Breast Consultant took me off Anastrozole in May (not sure when or if I will be put back on it). So the last maybe 6 months I noticed breathlessness, a bit wheezy, feel very weary, lot of uncomfortableness across upper back almost like someone is pushing their knuckles into my back , hurts more on the right. Deep breaths sometimes make me wince, I have had pneumonia mildly twice in the past, bronchitis last year and pleurisy. The gp stressed I must have the xray and a blood test, if nothing suspect she mentioned inhaler, never had breathing issues before this. My mind is all over the place and I really need help and information about what signs/symptoms to be aware of if there’s a spread to lungs?

Cheers, Michele x

Michele, Hi I’m a lung mettie. Everyone’s symptoms are different. I was slightly short of breath, had pneumonia, had been coughing for a year on blaming it on post nasal drip. The lost nasal drip was new too. Sometimes I would get so clogged up with mucus that I would end up vomiting it up. I also had this weird tickle in my throat that would make me sneeze about 200 times a day. The sneeze would come out my mouth not my nose. The onc told me the post nasal drip, ticks and sneeze weren’t from the cancer. I suffered for 7 years with the sneeze and dripping. In 2012 one of the tumors h ad son o st closed off my bronchus and my right lung collapsed. They did radiation my lung reinflated after several months and the sneeze, post nasal drip and cough left. The radiologist and my oncologist say they don’t know how radiation could have fixed it and still don’t think the cancer caused it. I disagree with them!!! I will tell you if they are suspicious if cancer after the x-Ray you will need biopsies. They will either go down in your lungs or through your back. Mine was done through my back and didn’t hurt! They  gave me a little stuff to make you slightly droggy. Also, wanted to let you know that I’ve been living 10 years with this. Good luck! Hugs! Funnyface
