In the last two months my left nipple has randomly become inverted, in the last two weeks it’s inverted for 80% of the day. Then the other night I woke up in pain and my nipple was bright red and very tender but in the morning had gone down again. My breast feels different but no lump. I went to docs (it’s was inverted when examined) and have mammogram booked on Monday. In the last year I have had elevated ca125 level (68) and have had various scans on ovaries with nothing suspicious found, but no tests on breasts. Could this be related. My breast aches but am to aware that the mind can play tricks on you when your worried about something. Already feel like a fraud by wasting gynae time over three monthly scans when nothing’s wrong re ovarian cancer. Am I worried about nothing?
