As far as paying your mortgage off. Phone them up and get advice from them. From my experience if they charge you to pay off early it may be worth while as you’ll save interest in the long term. Also some mortgages allow you to overpay each month which in turn, if a repayment mortgage, will reduce the total borrowing and in turn reduce your overall interest payment and term.
