hi I haven’t been on for a while I hope everyone is coping and not having a too difficult time at mo. I’ve got mets to lung liver and bones, I’m currently on erbrilin and all seem well last scan was an improvement so not been to worried but I’ve just found a lump in my other breast and was wondering if anyone could speak from expirance if this is likely to be another tumour as it seems strange to appear now whilst on chemo and doing well. I know in my situation it won’t make much difference but for some reason it’s really unsettled me I don’t know if it’s just bringing back all the mixed feeling I had 7 years ago when first diagnosed. Hi sarn I would have thought if you had a new tumour it would have been highlighted on your last scan? Understand it must be unsettling, but it seems unlikely it would pop up so quickly. In your shoes I would mention it next chemo but hopefully you can be reassured all is well. Great to hear Eribulin is working well for you, I’ve just completed cycle 2. Hope it’s working well for me as if not it will pulled after cycle 3. Hope this lump is just one of those annoying things always being sent to try us as if we didn’t have enough to worry about!
