secondary breast cancer in the lung

I have just completed five sessions of docetaxel for secondary breast cancer in the lung.  I have been told that 2 of the nodules have shrunk, but one has grown slightly.  They said they will rescan it in a few weeks to see if it has grown more and then they will biopsy it.  It is in a very difficult area of the lung and will be very difficult to do it.  The Oncologist said it may still shrink, but am feeling very nervous. Why has it grown?  Has anyone experienced anything like this?
