Hi BCC,
Thanks for the invitation to the Secondary Live Chat. I took part in the feedback process and explained that as an Apple iPad user, I can’t join in as the technology is incompatible.
I gather this still remains an issue?

our team have come back with the advice:

Now that the forum sits on a different platform to the website (Lithium), users must use their old details for live chat.  New forum uernames and passowrds won’t work on live chat
