Back from physio.
She said that much of the tightness we feel is from us protecting our chests and not moving our arms/shoulders and so the muscles and ligaments shorten. I reminded her also that I lost my pectoral muscle so I feel REALLY stiff and tight.
Overall, she said that my movement so far is excellent (glad something is going well!).

I showed her the very obvious line sticking out of my axilla and she said that it is a foreshortened tendon which will abate with use and stretching over time.

Thanks for that Ninja, I shall just have to carry on with exercises no matter how much it hurts. Hopefully it will go. Its so hard to do the stretches with a seroma.
