Should this feel like this? Hi all, day three after getting some lymph nodes out, i took the dressing off today as instructed, it now feels like its moving about in the area, any ideas anyone?

Hy Alison Is it fluid you can feel moving about? as if it is its perfectly normal after having lymph nodes removed though i remember being scared of hearing fluid sloshing around after having my op. You can ring the hospital and attend a seroma clinic to have it drained, it is totally painless and the relief it gives you is so worthwhile.

Hi Christina, yes it feels just like water sloshing round, it seems to move about, its ever so weird, glad its normal anyway, i’m feeling a bit better today, well, after i told the outlaw that i didn’t want her round here anymore as we don’t get on and i’ve decided to be a tad selfish and to just think about me and my family now, the outlaws are completely banned and i actually feel like i’m in control, its made my hubby feel better too. get my results next monday morning, so will let you know when i get back from the hospital, just hoping its a no no to rads, and i can just get the masectomy done then the recon at the same time then the chemo, so fingers crossed for me. talk to you soon
