Hi , I wonder if anyone has any advice. Having had bilateral last year, chemo, etc. have had chronic shoulder pain and numbness in shoulder and arm , and tightness in the breast area, and very restriced movement . My joints have been bad since arimidex, and I think perhaps the radiotherapy , may have caused a trapped nerve. Have had a clear on bone scan , which was lovely news and am currently waiting to see breast consultant for my 3 month check. Would be interested to hear if anyone else has the same problem, and if so any advice would be welcome Very best wishes to all
Yes, have Frozen Shoulder due to RT damage to tissue. Tissue now like concrete. Have had physio, MUA, more physio, hydro pool and now give up and joining a gym just to keep arm moving.
