I am worrying about my second reconstruction surgery (after mastectomy).
My first saline implant broke in 3 years.
My surgeon told me I am going to have not saline but ‘silicone expander/prosthesis’.
Please advise if silicone prosthesis better than saline implant ‘Mentor’?
How long does someone have silicone prosthesis?
