skin mets

Hi all,

I am after some sdvice currently getting carboplatin chemo however skin nodes seem to be increasing on my recon breast. Does any one have any suggestions of what these can be treated with. Feel that i should be putting something on them but don’t know what. Any advise welcomed

is there a difference between skin mets and local skin recurrence? i have had skin recurrence twice- each time told that it will now never go away completely, having had unsuccessful surgery, then taxotere and capecitabine- but my doctor then says that because it’s local and in my skin, it is not really metastatic cancer- i feel confused??
