hi, I am hopeing someone may be able to offer some help. Have had rads planning and now have been called back for more planning because due to my skin tone they will need to use another machine. I can ring them back again tomorrow for futher info but just puzzled.
Due for 25 rads then 5 boosters. She did say this does not change the dx but as the scan for planning was the first one I have had apart from mammo getting a ittle worried.

thanks for replying, can I say first of all I love reading your threads and your sense of humour.
I have since phoned the rads team back and the wording they use is not very clear. They explained that because I am over a certain bust size they have a machine that is more suitable and will not be harmful to skin. I wonder if they missed something and just need me to go again to redo it all? anyway its put my mind art reast for now.
And Vertangie is a mind of knowledge with her book I agree

from what you’ve said it sounds like they made a balls-up of the planning and prefered to make an excuse ??? … I may be being unfair … anyway as long as you are feeling better that’s the main thing
