My mum was diagnosed last year. She had her SNB before chemo and surgery. I read her SNB report the other day and it said they only removed one node and thankfully it didn’t contain any cancer cell. It is normal they just remove one node because I have read that some women have a few removed.
Hello Kat, not sure what is the ‘normal’ amount of nodes they remove, I know that when I had my SNB that 3 nodes were removed. Sorry not to have been any more help. Hope your Mum’s doing okay, best wishes Pat x
