Just thought id come on here to let a little steam off as off the computer im going crazy!!!
I just feel like so called “friends” are just all talk and that people just chat shit to me!!!
This is what happened a so called pal of mine see me in a pub and asked me if i was looking for work being a trainee plasterer and with that he would teach me the trade and i could come off the sick and he would train me.
That was 2 months ago and i still ring and all i get is bullshit excuses and im sick of people writing cheques with their mouth which there talents cant cash and my oncoligist was right when he said that its after the treatment whats hardest!!
I have been approached by the bbc as they want to make a documentry on me and i hope that all these so called pals keep away from me when im filming other wise the nation will see a very vex young man dointg his nut !!!
you’ve come to the right place to let steam off - rant away, it is very healing. Friends can let you down, esp in this time of need. I am disappointed with a few of my friends, but on the other hand, quite a few surprised me. Just focus on the ones who have been there for you.
As to the job, I dare say, this is what is probably annoying you the most, trying to get back to how life was before - whatever that it, but we all know it will never be the same, it will be different, it could even be better. Maybe you could do the documentary and who knows, you might learn something new about yourself or get exposed to a new way of thinking or career path. By doing a doc you will be doing a brave thing and wonderful service to all, as I have assumed it is a doc on BC.
Whatever you do, just focus on those that have been there for you and to the new people you meet, who might be just be, the best friend in the whole wide world.
