Not hormone therapy such as tamoxifen - although I remember being asked about it on the medical declaration - but possibly active treatment such as in the middle of chemo.
My OH & I were out of the country in Aus & NZ earlier this year for 6 weeks including a cruise, we got cover for this for just over £200 if I remember rightly. Other quotes ran up to £500.

Working in school and having to go on holiday in school holidays always costs me a fortune so before I return and once rads completed me and hubby are planning on Cape Verde in November consultant said that should be completely do able but will defineltly shop around for insurance so I don’t get stung again x
