So just wanting to see if anyone has had somthing similar or just some knowlage to pass on. So for about two years I have had very lumpy sore pms symptoms in my left breast. I haven’t been too worried about it as it always settles down after my period however a couple of weeks ago in the same breast i have found a tiny hard lump the size of a grain of rice and if I lay down the area feels more of a marble lump. The little grain of rice hard lump I cannot find anywhere else on either breast so can’t recreate the same little lump anywhere. I’m 39 and a very long time ago this same left breast was completely lump less so it never had any lumpy tissue. I’m not sure if this tiny lump is just getting older changes and if I’m kinda just imagining it as it’s so small or could it be something? I’m booking in with my doctor to get it checked out but was just wanting vent and express my worry. Thanks for any advice

It’s never a bad idea to get a concern checked out. Yes, lumpy breasts are frequently normal and many lumps turn out to be benign but I think it is better safe than sorry. If there is something sinister brewing, the earlier it is caught and treated the better. Make an appointment today, push for a proper referral for scanning. Don’t take no for an answer! Hello @livebusylizy well done for being vigilant and finding it. I’d definitely get it checked out. There are so many other things it could be so don’t consume yourself with worry over cancer just yet. With breasts it’s always helpful to know whats going on in there especially at our age of 39. Our hormones are crazy! Atleast mine are haha
