As I was lying on the rads couch a couple of days ago, listening to the radio, I wondered if one day during treatment there’ll be a song come on that makes me chuckle in the circumstances. It hasn’t happened yet, but I’m waiting for anything by Ray Charles or X-Ray Spex (remember them??), or maybe “Burn Baby, Burn”, or “Ray of Light” by Madonna.
So, for a bit of light relief for all of us enduring being zapped, any suggestions for suitable music?
When I was having radio therapy at Christies in 1999 Final Countdown was always on the tape. At my last appointment I took them a c.d. Ian had done for them more relaxing music.

Hmmm, Debs. Final Countdown isn’t exactly what I’d want to hear!

How about The Show Must Go On - by Queen

In case you hadn’t guessed Queen fan.
