I have had 3 taxotere and the back of some of my fingers are numb and feel like I have burnt them and some of my nails are red underneath and really sore. I had read that they sometimes fall off!
Anybody heard of any tips or anything to try and help things regarding nails and fingertips or is it just grin and bear it
I phoned the place I get my chemo today but the nurse was more hyper that me she was on a rant about the fact i have to make sure I tell them and that this can be serious and could lead to them reducing my dosage or delaying my treatment. I kind of just said “well I am telling you it was me who phoned you!”
Anyway if anyone has anything they think may help please drop me a wee note. I certainly don’t wnat them to delay the treatment and I’d rather have the greatest dose they can give me in order to blast the cancer cells to bits.
