Hi Ladies hope someone out there might be able to help had 2nd FEC on 21 March and was holding onto hair quite well. Hair departed rapidly after the 2nd one so had head shaved on Tuesday night felt better and not having to put up with hair falling out all over the place but my head is so sore I have been putting E45 on but it is really quite painful like pins sticking in my head.
Any advice welcome

My head was sore as the hair was coming out, I likened it to the pain you had when you tied a pony tail back too tight. Prickly and achy at the roots.
It stopped hurting once all the hair that was coming out came out, (it took about a week altogether) so hope that you get some relief soon.

The same for me when it was shaved, but had not all come out. I found aqueous cream the best. I wash my head with it each morning, as well as to sooth the velcro effect. You can get it at vany chemist
look at top tips as well, there are some good ideas there.
