Please can you post your treatment dates for March so we can organise a meet-up for as many as possible.
I’m guessing half-term is a no-no for most.
I have FEC 2 on 3rd March & Fec 3 is due on 24th March but will depend on bloodes etc.

I have 5th tax tues 22nd feb and 6th tax 15th march which will be my last, I then have a ct scan on 24th march in prep for my rads to start 6th april

My TAX should be 11th March, but it’s the one I’m moving to the following Monday… which would be 14th?
What do you all think of 9th March? A week post FEC for the FECCERS, and just before dosage for others?
Will endeavour to do any date, lol, and think my TAX is going to be first thing in morning anyhow, so lunch time meet up should be poss… even on same day. Now how’s that for positive thinking!!!

Looks like that’s a date, if everyone’s happy with giving it a go. There’s nothing to stop us doing it again a couple of weeks later (to catch those who might miss the first one).
Where and what time. And I’m happy to chauffeur from Guildford as I won’t have been poisoned yet, if anyone wants to meet up there first and save the planet/effort of driving/money for petrol. But someone else will have to be navigator as I’m rubbish at finding my way to places!

We met in Nero’s in Romsey - which is easy to find and car parks all around - the only drawback…tiny round tables, but I’m sure we can drag them all together!!

As I’m pre-chemo on 9th I reckon I’d be most up for driving distances, and my Fiesta is supposed to seat 5 so I can take up to 4 people with me.
I will probably need something to get me down off the walls by 9th, so I’m really looking forward to it.
9th is good for me too! No idea where Romsey is, but if I need to go past Guildford I could pick CM up on the way or vise virsa?

Should add… Romsey is not very big So don’t fret that you’ll be trying to find your way round the equivalent of Bristol…lol… town centre is sign posted the minute you turn into the place, and so are the car parks! Having said that, I managed to drive right round the one way system before parking because I dithered so much, but it worked quite nicely as I think the car park I eventually settled on was the closest to the market place, where Nero’s is!!!

Sazzie, you have a PM. I reckon it’s most sensible if Peachez comes to me, then me and Peachez whiz down to Farnham and pick you up on the way. It seems silly for you to go in the opposite direction!
Anyone else want a lift from Guildford? Troy, is that of any use? Amber, I have no idea where you live so up to you.
My FEC1 isn’t until the following day so I’d be very happy to drive and let the rest of you snooze, buzz, chat, doze, giggle, fart, vomit, or whatever post-FEC or -TAX people generally do…

Can I ask what sort of time we’re talking about her please, ladies?
I’ve just had an appointment for my first MUGA scan, and of course it’s on 9th! But at 9.30am so less of a chance of a three-hour delay.
So if it’s kinda lunchtime-ish, I’ll be fine to be designated driver, but if it’s earlier than then, I might be a bit late!
We did lunch time before - about 12.30? Meeting then means we HAVE to eat cake because it would be rude not to…
