Helen, I was surprised at how I felt after 2nd op which was really quick and i was home same day, it knocked me for 6 a couple of days later as you say weepy and tired!But little discomfort! So hopefully you are over the worst now!
It was a relief to break up and my husband has ordered me to rest!!
we are going to Norfolk on Monday till Thurs, just B and B but a break, then next chemo is 28th.
So should be fine for London meet on 5th Aug!

Hope you have a good break in Norfolk,it’s a lovely part of the country,husband’s cousin lives there,near Diss, but it’s a while since we’ve been.I remember seeing lots of lovely poppy fields.
My mum’s booked on the 10.35 train out of Kings Cross on the 5th August so I’ve plenty of time to get across to Waterloo in fact I’ll have time to kill,so if you fancy meeting abit earlier let me know.

Hi Helen, I am sorry I did not get a chance to ring you every time I wanted to ring it was either too late or too early and thought you might be resting… I have been so busy doing everything last minute and packing not easy for six weeks. I am glad you are feeling much better.
Deb, thats good term is over and you can get more rest and your husband ordered well, that’s nice… Enjoy your break and soon it will be over all this chemo days…
I am looking forward to my holiday but in the same time worried about the hot weather as I have terrible sun allergy , suffer my hands with spots 
My onc told me today to stay away from sun, today was my first 3 monthly check up , did blood test and all hopefully all fine…
I will not have access to internet so take care all and speak to you in September…

Hi I have just been back on this sight after not being on it for a few years. I live in Sutton and would love to meet up with people near to me. I was diagnoised in september 05 with bc and rediagnosed with bone secondaries in January 09.

You might have already set off for Turkey so not sure when you’ll read this but have a wonderful time.I’m sure you’ll be very careful in the sun,you’ll just have to wear a big hat,sunglasses & slap on the factor 50…you’ll look like a film star!
