Hi folks. I’ve just finished chemo and now I am looking to try and get my fitness back. I used to run loads before i was dx in Jan. I wanrt to go back running. Just wondering how ladies who have had a mastectomy deat with this. Are there any mastectomy sports bras available? what do you do? thanks x

Amoena do a good range of bras and i am sure there are some sports bar there. Other mplaces to try are M&S and Asda. But you could just use an ordinary sports bra - especially if you have a contact prosthesis (which are great), I think I’d do that first. i hardly ever use a mv bra any more!

het Mo, whwre can I get a contact prostheseis, I got measure up by my BC nurse for one for a a pocket from amoena which fit really well, but not sure about contact ones. ta x
