Starting Chemo on Tuesday FEC-T advise needed pls

Hi everyone,

I’m starting chemo on Tuesday 2nd March and been told I will be given FEC-T. I’m having it once every 3 weeks for 18 weeks. I don’t know the dosage yet.

I was wondering if I could pick your brains and hear how you have all responded to it. I am going to try the cold cap.

Hi Hayley
You have definitely come to the right place “to pick brains” you will find lots of support here. If you go over to the monthly chemo threads you will be able to join the March starters who will be going through the same challenges as you at the same time .?
I have hopped in from the February thread. If you check it out and the January one you will get lots of advice and help.
Keep talking on the forum. I have personally found it to be a total mind saver. Having supportive family and friends is invaluable but talking to ladies who have been where you have and are going where you are going offer the support of true understanding and personal experience.
