I finished chemotherapy last Friday :smileyhappy: and am seeing my Onc tomorrow (Fri). The next step is radiotherapy and I wondered if anyone can tell me what the “normal” wait is between finishing chemo and starting radiotherapy?

I finished chemo 23/7 and started Rads 19/8, but I think it can vary depending on your Oncologist x
I was told it had to be at least 3 weeks after chemo (because chemo makes the skin more sensitive), and that they like to start radio before the end of 6 weeks after chemo. So some variety between hospitals from the other replies.
