Hi Lovely Ladies,
I haven’t been on here for some time, I have been struggling slightly to come to terms with Mum having cancer again. Sometimes I am okay and other times it hits home.
We had good results on the last CT scan, the tumours have shrunk by over half but we all felt so deflated after yet such good news. Nine weeks has flown by and its that time for another one again next week.
Mum has been getting this uncomfortable pain in her stomach like constantly making a grumbling noise and feeling bloated - I’m worried has anyone had these problems?

Wondered where you’d got to and how your mum was doing. Sorry you’re finding it hard but thats more than understandable!
Glad to hear treatment is being effective, I know what you mean about being deflated though, it’s a strange place to be isn’t it? I guess that although the news is good we’re still living with the reality we’ll never be cured, so it’s always a bitter-sweet experience when we get results.
Can’t help on thr tummy side of things but hope someone will come along soon who might have some ides, I suppose it might have something to do with medications?
