i had my opp done on july 16th 2009 as i was leaking discharge from my left nipple & blood from my right nipple,mammogram & ultrasound were normal just cytology was abnormal, the consultant say it probably a beniegn tummor,the pain im still in is awful,does anyone knows how long this takes to heal its driving me crazy.it feels like someone is putting a hot poker on the ends of my nipples,i know i had to have it done but i am glad i had both done together,im on some tablets for inflamtion as my gp thinks thats whats causing the pain,my left nipple is deformed which im not worried about as im sure thats a small price to pay as i would rather be safe than sorry,ive tried driving my car but the sweeling on the left side still hasnt gone down for some reason?i go back on friday for histology results and hoping the news is good for a change.
