Hi,

I am just coming to the end of my chemo at West Suffolk Hospital, due to have Mx and recon at Addenbrooks / Cambridge in early July followed by rads. Anyone out there from this area that would like to be in touch?

I don’t live in Cambs now but had my L breast MX and DIEP flap recon in Feb have you got your plastic surgeon yet? what sort of recon you going for? You can send me a private message if you want.

Hi Susie,
I am having same surgery as you! L breast MX and DIEP flap. I have met the surgeon a couple of times now and am really happy, he seems great. Is very open and honest and instils confidence. Mr Morrison.
How are you getting on 3 months down the road to recovery?

I’m also having treatment at WSH - due FEC 4 tomorrow - following MX and node clearance in March. Due to have 4 weeks rads at Addenbrookes, but no dates yet. Don’t think I will go for recon. but keeping my options open! But have heard yr surgeon has excellent reputation. Jacqui - hope yr op went really well.
