Hi quinny,
Just read your post. Glad to hear the surgery went well. Hope you’re feeling in less pain by now and the swelling is going away.
Take care! x

Hi quinny

Had my surgery mx and implant on 20/04 so eight days now post op - it was until yesterday that I felt able to get dressed, move around and walk up to the school to collect my children - today I am still aware that it is swollen under my arm (although its now feels like the numb face you get after having a filling at the dentist!) The implant is still feeling like a lump of concrete! Hats off to you with eight children, I have four and that can be draining enough at the best of times. All I would say that it does get better and for me it seem to happen overnight - take each hour as it comes and don’t rush - listen to what your body says it can do - your OH is more than happy to help I’m sure and no-one is going to judge you for re-cupurating - you deserve it!

Take care and be kind to yourself.

so what im feeling is normal? xx
