Survey: Our services for people moving forward from treatment

Have you had treatment for primary breast cancer?

We run a range of services to help people move forward from treatment with confidence. To help promote our services, we’re conducting a poll of people who have completed their initial hospital-based treatment. We hope to use the results to inform our marketing of the services and to make sure we talk about the issues that matter the most to people.

Please help us by completing a short survey. There are around ten questions about your experience of moving forward. It should only take around five minutes to do. Click here to complete the survey, or if you prefer a paper copy please email clare.kemsley@breastcancercare.org.uk

PS. You may remember we carried out a similar survey around 18 months ago. It was really successful and the results made a huge difference to how we promoted our services, which is why we’re keen to repeat the research to give us fresh and updated statistics to use this year. We’ve changed the questions slightly, so even if you took part before, please do complete the revised survey this time.

If possible, please complete by 15 August 2012 so we can start planning our work.

But get the forums fixed and that will be the biggest moving forward support for people.

Was going to ifll this in but really feel it is a side issue while the forums are such a mess .
