Thanks so much for your thoughts and wishes. I am so relieved that is was a cyst and was sucked out whilst undergoing ultrasound. This is my very first brush with ill health and has scared me s**tless. I will never forget the support I got here, and I wish you all much love and luck.

told you sus they would clear it and it didnt hurt did it, just keep an eye in case it refills

Hi Cee,

Thanks and you were right! Slightly unsure why only one cyst was sucked away, whilst leaving the smaller one there. Now some of my worries have come back because there is still a lump but this could be the one that they left, or is it the same one refilled already. Thought I’d leave it for a few days, as I do have a little bit of bruising where it was, and feeling slightly tender. I was basically told that this is a condition due to my age and not harmful and a condition I can live with. However surely you don’t just go around with cysts in your breasts and not do anything about them … or do you?

sus, i still have larry the lump and i went and had it aspirated twice and each time it refilled overnight, i have since got more lumps but different to the original one so i go bk next fri
did they send any fluid to be tested at histology hon??

mine didnt and the second time it was all blood and should have been sent so i was very angry

anyway the new appt is a different consult thank god
