I had a core biopsy that didn’t capture the calcifications seen in my left breast,this left a lot of swelling.2 weeks later I had a more intensive biopsy assisted by mammatone or something,this took a long time and added to the bruising and swelling.
I then had numerous mammograms three weeks later while the tried to locate the right area for wire location prior to WLE. These were very painful as they had to get the area very near the chest wall . I had the WLE the same day.
I still have swelling along my ribs both sides under the breasts,does anyone else have this,I had the op in Jul?
