hi everyone
had the right breast off 2 weeks ago yesterday! healing really well but am swollen underneath the arm - yesterday at diagnosis day!! I had the nurses drain the swelling but this morning it feels bigger ! quite uncomfortable - is there anything I can be doing myself to reduce the swell other than the exercises given out??
have been told all nodes and surrounding tissue clear which is such a relief!! my Dr has recommended chemo as a matter of course but did suggest they were over treating me - he said that chemo is done to all people in my situation so am taking his advice and having chemo - off to see the consultant next week to start this… ultimately I am so pleased at the outcome of the mx and being ;clear;’ so to speak afterwards. thanks to everyone on here for the continual support .
off for my furst shower in 2 weeks!! can’t wait to shave my armpits!!!
