I was told not to go swimming after radio because of the chemicals in the water but I cant remember how long I had to abstain!! Anybody have any idea?

you’re still ‘cooking’ for a fair few weeks after, but give yourself a bit of time to heal up so to speak…as well as be puzzled to the square tan that appears. I gave it a fair few months til I felt up to it, cos was still seriously pooped after it all

i finished rads 10 days ago & checked up on this with Rads team on Friday as i am going to Spain tomorrow & they said 10-14 days after as long as my skin was ok,if it was red or blistered i would have to wait longer but luckily mine is ok.

I was told it was fine as long as the skin wasn’t broken or too sore. Plus to put on a good layer of moisturiser as a barrier to help stop the costume rubbing it sore and also to make sure that I showered off chlorine/sea water thoroughly after.
