Hi Girls
Anyone got any tips on how to improve my feet and legs. They are so swollen, sore & stiff, I can only wear unlaced trainers or granny slippers at the moment. Sitting with legs up most of the day does not work, and neither did the water tablets my GP prescribed. As I am now on a chemo break until Jan, I am trying to get my strength back by going for a little walk each day, but this isn’t helping either at the moment.
Any suggestions?
