Swollen After all my treatment FEC chemo and 7 weeks of radition which finished in April 2006. I was just wondering when i can expect my swollen body to start going back to normal?

Anyone else experienced this? I gained 4 stone in total?

yep me to! Yep I swelled up to. Only have a few outfits that fit now!

I had FEC and 4 weeks of radio.

I was a size 14, now 16 -18. I’m hoping my weight will go back down.

Starting a fitness routine and due to start a course on health and nutrition, so that I know how to get myself back in shape and eating right. Tomorrow I go for a detox through my feet to get all the toxins out of my body!

Detox Hi Karen,

Thanks for your reply. Could you let me know how your detox goes and the nutrition? I would appreciate any advice and will try anything that helps to take my swelling down?

Do you also get the aching joints?
