Hi I had a mastectomy last year and am now ready for a symmetry reduction on the other side. My Breast care nurse told me to get a good supportive bra ready for afterwards - any tips on measuring the size of my reconstructed breast as it is quite a bit smaller? Thanks
You need measuring by a good lingerie fitter. Try M&S, they have an excellent service. If you buy their bras they will show you how to get the vat back. Good luck.nx
Guzzy, I hope you don’t mind me asking but what type of reconstruction did you have? Got a big decision to make soon and not sure that recon is for me or not.
