Hello Nicki
Sorry you have had no replies …it’s new year and a lot of our ladies are busy I expect with hangovers maybe.
Anyway welcome …I’m afraid I don’t know what to suggest but hopefully you are either at hosp or feeling better … you don’t say whether you are under chemo or another treatment so it might be a phone call to 111 even if you are feeling so poorly.
Keep in touch with us as we have so many helpful threads .

Hi Carolyn. Thanks for getting back to me. I really appreciate it. No I haven’t started any treatment yet, that’s why I was so worried. I was only diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer invasive ductal IDC 3 days before Christmas.

I called 111 and the doctor suggested I go to a walk in centre. So I went first thing this morning. Over night I have developed more symptoms. I had a lump come up on my face, it’s on my fore head…I have swollen hands and feet. Also my glands in my neck have all come up and I have on inside my mouth ad well. It’s a lump on the roof of my mouth. The doctor looked at it all…she feels my immune system is so low that I may have an infection…Hence gland selling…so she gave me antibiotics. Also pain killers. I’m in so much pain. She took my temperature and blood pressure which was all very normal and in perfect order she said. She said I’ve been though alot…I lost my mum in august. Also have arthritis and IBS. So I’m run down with out just having the camcer diagnoses…I feel very alone as well I live on my own and have little support.

Yes I thought I wouldn’t get a reply with it being the hoildays. Thanks for your comment.

Thanks so much. Hope your well and all the very best for 2017 xxx

hi nicki,
Sorry to hear about your mum & that you are going through this. I see that you say you are recently diagnosed at stage 2, so most likely, it is what the dr said.
Do pop along to the ‘recently diagnosed’ thread, where there is plenty of support & chat from others going through what you are now.

Nicki, just wanted to say Hi and echo what the others have said…i’m sure it is all down to the worry and stress. I remember when i was first diagnosed i had really bad neck pain and palpitations etc. You did the right thing seeking help and i’m sure you will feel better when you have a treatment plan. Sorry to hear you are having to go throughn this with little support…i have often thought it must be better not having to watch family suffer around you…at least if i was alone i could just crawl into a hole…but i’m sure it really must be worse for you, never fear, although not actually with you, we are all hear to offer support…please keep posting. Lots of love. xx
